Alcoa is the world’s leading producer of primary aluminum, fabricated aluminum,
and alumina and is active in all major aspects of the industry. Alcoa operates
27 wholly or partially owned smelters in every major region of the world with a
combined annual production capacity of 4.3 million MT.

Alba - Aluminium Bahrain produces half a million MT
of high quality primary aluminum annually. Since the early 1980s, the company
has expanded in four stages from the original 120,000 MT per year capacity to
500,000 MT per year today.

Alcan - the aluminum business of Rio Tinto, is the
world's second largest aluminum producer with a production capacity 3.5 million
MT. Alcan has holdings in nine bauxite mines, eight alumina
refineries and interests in 15 aluminum smelters. Alcan purchased Pechiney in
2003.

Alcoa Inc. - the world's leading producer of primary
aluminum, fabricated aluminum, and alumina. With activities in mining, refining,
smelting, fabricating, and recycling in 36 countries, the company provides
fabricated and finished aluminum products to customers in the packaging,
automotive, aerospace, construction, and other markets.

BHP Billiton - one of the world's largest producers
of aluminum, Aluminum production is comprised of the wholly-owned
Bayside Smelter and the Hillside Smelter which are both located in South Africa;
a 46% interest in the Alumar smelter located in Brazil and a 47% share in Mozal
(Mozambique). BHP Billiton is also a partial owner of 3 alumina refineries and 3
bauxite mines. The company produces approximately 1.3 million MT of aluminum a
year.

Corperacion Venezolana de Guyana (CVG)- is a
decentralized state owned enterprise in Venezuela, comprised of 13 entities.
Venalum, Alcasa, and Alunasa are the aluminum companies that are part of
the CVG conglomerate and produce approximately 550,000 MT of aluminum per year.

Dubai Aluminum Company (Dubal)
- currently owns and operates a smelter in Dubai that produced 761,000 MT of
aluminum in 2005. Dubal expects to expand capacity to 871,000 MT by the end of
2006.

Kaiser Aluminum Corporation - operating through its
wholly-owned subsidiary Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation is a producer and
marketer of alumina, primary aluminum, flat-rolled products, and engineered
products. The company also owns a 49% interest in the Rio Tinto's Anglesey
aluminum smelter in Wales.

Norsk Hydro - It's Hydro Aluminium Metal , a
division of Norsk Hydro, operates four smelters in Norway with a combined

company comprised of competitive generation, distribution, and retail supply
businesses totaling over 54,000 megawatts of capacity in 23 countries. AES
Deepwater (Pasadena, TX) is one of the largest and most consistent users of
petcoke in the power industry.

megawatts of net capacity in operation, under construction or in advanced

company that concentrates the group’s cement, lime, mortar and concrete

TiO2

CRISTAL - the sole producer of TiO2 pigment in the
Middle East and North Africa. A private joint venture between Shairco, Gulf
Investment Corp., National Industrialization Co. and Kerr McGee Chemical Corp.,
with over 70,000 MT/year of capacity.

with total production capacity of 570,000 MT/year.

Kemira Pigments - produces titanium dioxide
pigments. The largest customers are paint, paper, plastic and printing ink
companies. Kemira has one production plant in Pori, Finland.

TGS operates seven ocean bulk terminal facilities with a throughput of eight
million tons of dry bulk and steel cargo annually. In April 2005, these
