Mike Stewart (Director, Carbon Group)

 

Manager of the team responsible for coordinating all aspects of Jacobs Consultancy's petroleum coke work. This includes Jacobs Consultancy's on-going publication, the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly (PCQ), single client fuel-grade and calcined petroleum coke studies. Mike has 30 years domestic and international experience in the refining and petrochemical industries, including plant operations, strategic and operational planning, market analysis and project management.

Pradeep Pandya

Pradeep Pandya (Manager)

 

Mr. Pandya is a senior professional with experience in the management of domestic and international projects for gas processing, NGL recovery and processing, and oil and gas production facilities; strategic planning and budgeting; and market planning and analysis. Mr. Pandya has conducted/led numerous petroleum coke marketing and pricing studies.

Yasmin R. Brown (Manager)

Responsible for single client calcined petroleum coke studies. She is the primary editor of the Calcined Petroleum Coke Report, and contributing editor to the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly. Additionally, Ms. Brown is involved in the research and sales effort for both subscription services, and regularly interfaces with clients who require information on the calcined petroleum coke markets. Prior to joining Jacobs Consultancy, Ms. Brown's roles at Jacobs included process engineering, project engineering, project management, quality management, and business development.

Dan J. Foley (Manager)

 

Dan Foley has an extensive background in the petroleum industry in the areas of refinery operations, and planning functions, and economic studies. He has a thorough background in: unit optimization; short- and long-term economic assessments including project investment evaluations; refined product valuations, refinery LP simulation and profitability assessments, rehabilitation cost, and product market analysis.  Recently he has been the project manager for a number of studies involving calciner operations and evaluations and calcined coke markets.

Ben Ziesmer

Ben Ziesmer (Senior Consultant)

 

Responsible for preparation of Jacobs Consultancy's PCQ, with in-depth background in the power sector, including experience in procurement, operations, environmental compliance, and engineering. He has been the project manager for numerous studies involving the fuel grade petroleum coke market including Jacobs Consultancy's High Sulfur Petroleum Coke Study.

Frank Wilson

Frank Wilson (Senior Consultant)

Frank Wilson brings years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of the petroleum, chemicals, and energy industries to the Carbon Group. He is a contributing author for the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly and is involved with single-client studies of the global fuel-grade and anode-grade petroleum coke markets. Prior to joining Jacobs, he was a Petroleum Coke Marketing Manager for ExxonMobil.

Managing editor of the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly (PCQ). Ms. Allen integrates the PCQ's various data sources in order to provide critical analysis to our clients.

Tonja Cunnigham

Tonja Cunningham (Senior Analyst)

Responsible for the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly Commodity Prices as well as maintaining various databases related to petroleum coke, coal and aluminum.  She is a contributing author for the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly as well as provides support for various other publications and single-client projects.  Prior to the Carbon Group, she was with the Petrochemical Group and has also held various positions within Jacobs in the Process Engineering, Project Controls, and QA/QC Departments.

Vashdev K. Arthur (Senior Analyst)

Joined Jacobs Consultancy in December 2007. Vashdev is a contributing author for the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly and the Calcined Petroleum Coke Report. His other responsibilities include developing and maintaining databases relating to petroleum coke and coal tar pitch; and contributing articles appearing in the Petroleum Coke News Update. Additionally, he provides support for petroleum coke related single-client assignments.

Natasha Davis

Natasha Davis (Senior Anaylst)

Natasha Davis joined Jacobs Consultancy in March 2010 as a Senior Analyst and is a key contributor to the multi-client reports and annual petcoke conferences.  In addition, she develops weekly financial reports, quarterly forecasts, and budgeting for the Houston office. Prior to joining the Carbon Group, Natasha was a cost analyst for Jacobs Engineering.

Ben Gonzalez

Ben Gonzalez (Senior Analyst)

Joined Jacobs Consultancy in February 2008. Ben is a contributing author for the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly and Calcined Petroleum Coke Report. His primary responsibilities include: managing the petcokes.com site, coordinating new marketing initiatives, liaising with IT and the Carbon Group to create strategies in business process automation, developing and maintaining databases relating to petroleum coke production, monitoring the dry bulk ocean freight industry, and providing technical support for petroleum coke-related single-client assignments and annual petcoke conferences.

Lesley Loop

Lesley Loop (Senior Analyst)

Technical editor responsible for the review of single- and multi-client reports. In addition, Lesley provides technical support for the petcokes.com site and annual petcoke conferences.

Holger Dewald (European Representative)

 

Specializing in all aspects of fuel-grade, anode-grade, calcined petroleum coke and coal tar pitch in European, Middle Eastern, and other markets. Prior to joining Jacobs Consultancy, Mr. Dewald worked in the long range planning department (desulfurization studies for distillate) at Esso-Karlsruhe, refinery expansion projects at Exxon Research, and coke marketing for Esso Europe.
